General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales concluded on the website operated by Velhy SRL, a Belgian company, whose registered office is located at Bergensesteenweg 700b, 1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Belgium. VAT: BE1017.696.086.

1. Purpose

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of hydrogen bikes and associated accessories offered by Velhy SRL on its website.

2. Products

The products offered are those listed on the website at the time of the order. Each product is presented with a detailed description. The photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery fees. Velhy SRL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the price in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

The customer places an order via the website by following the indicated steps. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these GTC. A confirmation email is sent after each order.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other secure method offered on the Shopify platform.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order process. Delivery times are indicative. In case of significant delay, the customer may request a refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalty. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Warranty

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Belgian and European law. Any claim must be made in writing with proof of purchase. This warranty is valid for 2 years.

9. Liability

Velhy SRL cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product or negligence on the part of the customer. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order.

11. Disputes

These GTC are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Velhy SRL's registered office, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
